Our open T10 timing belts are, due tot heir exact tooth pitch and minimum tolerances, very suitable for linear transport where synchronicity is required. The open T10 belts provide secure positioning and efficient product transport ensuring a trouble-free operation.

The open T10 PU timing belts in our delivery program offer the highest possible and most efficient running characteristics. They have a low noise level and minimal start-up delay due to their low inertia and high torsional stiffness.

Due to the unique production process our T10 open PU timing belts have very low tolerances and therefore an equal distribution of the products to be transported is guaranteed.

Dimensional accuracy, long lifetime

Our PU timing belts are manufactured from a wear-resistant polyurethane and from high quality steel cords, this combination ensures a very durable and dimensionally stable PU timing belt.

If required, our open T10 PU timing belts can also be equipped with a friction-reducing and wear-resistant polyamide fabric on the tooth side (PAZ), and with a wear-resistant polyamide fabric on the back (PAR), or on both sides (PAZ/PAR). These fabrics are also available in an antistatic version.

The standard T10 PU timing belts can be used for ambient temperatures from -5°C to +80°C. By using special polyurethane material it is possible to use T10 PU timing belts with an application temperature of -30°C to +130°C, please ask our specialists for the possibilities.
