PU TIMINGBELT T10 PIN-JOIN
PU T10 timingbelts with a Pin Join assembly are used where it is not possible to mount an endless welded or endless cast strap. In addition, straps with PIN join assembly can be used if quick mounting is required
The maximum load is approx. 50%
The maximum load is approx. 50% of the maximum load of an endless welded strap. However, it is also possible to make an extended Pin Join connector if the belt is more heavily loaded.
Disposable mechanical connector
The Pin Join connector is a disposable mechanical connector because the rods are threaded and therefore act as self-cutting rods. With repeated (dis) assembly it is possible to provide the toothed belt with a - less strong - plastic plug.
